Returns Policy
Damaged products
In the event that you are not satisfied with your products because they are damaged before you receive them we will replace them. You must raise your claim by notifying us by in writing by email to sales@weselllime.co.uk within 24 hours of the delivery. If the goods are damaged, you must notify the delivery driver and take clear pictures of each damaged product.
Returning excess product
Please contact us to return the unused, unopened goods to us within 14 days and we will offer you a refund or exchange as appropriate.
We cannot accept returns of any ‘Lime Green Products’ and therefore cannot issue a refund or exchange.
Returning products we stock in our store is possible however goods will be subject to an admin/restocking fee of 30%. Products will only be refunded if they are in a suitable condition upon returning.
We will not refund delivery charges.
Products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@weselllime.co.uk
Shipping returns
If you cannot return your product in person, you should send via courier to 12a Nasmyth Court, Houston Industrial Estate, Livingston, EH54 5EG. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
